a Cyclist must have a helmet on and fastened before removing bike from the racks in transition. Also Drafting is Not illegal in this event  as passing on a single track is hard enough.

A Cyclist in Front has right of way when negotiating an obstacle  however a person pushing their bike through any part of the course must give way to a person riding the course.

When riding and two arrows are next to each other pointing straight forward, the cyclist must pass between the arrows.  Eg         Bike

It is good racing to inform a person that you want to pass on single track so they can let you in a safe manner eg Passing on your right when you can

This is a non contact sport so pushing in the run or ride and tampering with some one elses bike during an event is not allowed.
