Distances for the Solve it IT Cromer Forest Mt Bike Duathlon 

their will be three races running through out the day.

Long Course  5km Run   18km Cycle    2km Run

Short Course 2km Run   9 km Cycle   2km Run

Pocket Rocket  2km Run  4.5km Cycle   500m Run  

All races will be running at the same time and minimum age is 12 years, their is age categories for  all ages.
